Shipping & Returns

All shipments may require 1 to 2 business days processing time before shipment. 

Ground service transit time is typically 3 to 5 business days.  We do not ship on Holidays or weekends. Shipping times may vary depending on availability of product. Weather or other factors beyond our control may affect shipping time and cause a delay.

Orders requiring veterinary authorization may be subject to additional processing time.

*We ship to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses and U.S. Territories. A
The accuracy of ship-to addresses and daytime telephone numbers for the recipient is your responsibility. It is also your responsibility to assure that the folks you are shipping to will be in town to care for their package the day it is delivered. We do not require a recipients signature for delivery at single unit residences as long as the local delivery person feels that leaving the package will be safe from prying eyes.

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the invoice date to qualify for a return.

Upon receiving unopened, undamaged returned items, we will issue a store credit for the full amount of the item(s) returned. As a courtesy, for using as your Pet Food Supplier, we will additionally automatically provide you with a $5 coupon redeemable on your next order.

A signature may be required upon delivery.

We highly suggest that you place your order at least 2 weeks before any major holiday to allow enough time for delivery.

Our warehouse does not ship orders on weekends or Holidays. Therefore, if you place an order after 1:00 P.M. Pacific Time on Friday, you may experience a delay between your order shipped confirmation email and the actual shipment of your order.


Return Policy:

You may return an unopened item for refund within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. Please indicate the reason for return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Your account will be credited upon receipt (at the address indicated below) of your returned package.
